What we do
Programmes for a living coast
Sea turtle conservation
We monitor nests, protect hatchlings, reduce bycatch, use photo-ID, and maintain a 365-day presence for sea turtle survival.
Sharks and rays
We work with fishers, landing sites, and local monitors to build awareness, track species, and support more sustainable fisheries for sharks and rays.
Anti-poaching
We support community vigilance, local reporting, and trusted partnerships that help protect marine wildlife and coastal habitats from illegal exploitation.
Community livelihoods
We support food security, alternative incomes, and stronger BMUs so coastal families can thrive while pressure on marine ecosystems is reduced.
Education and outreach
We work with schools, youth, and community groups to build ocean awareness, pride of place, and long-term stewardship.
Science and research
Our applied research and citizen science generate evidence that helps guide conservation decisions on the coast.
